These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LunaFlow app and any related services (together, "LunaFlow" or the "Service"), provided to you by the LunaFlow team ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise using LunaFlow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

By using LunaFlow, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

LunaFlow is a wellness app that supports users through cycle tracking, trying to conceive (TTC), pregnancy, postpartum recovery, infant development, and perimenopause.

LunaFlow+ is an optional paid subscription that additionally unlocks:
We may add, change, or remove features over time as LunaFlow continues to develop.
LunaFlow+ is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Current pricing is shown in the app before you subscribe.
Annual subscriptions automatically renew each year unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month on the same basis.
Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current billing period unless required by law.
Prices may change from time to time. Where required, we will give notice before a price change takes effect for existing subscribers.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their own refund policies, as LunaFlow does not process payments directly.
LunaFlow is a supportive wellness app. It is not a doctor, does not diagnose conditions, and does not replace medical, midwifery, or therapeutic care.
Information, estimates, and content in LunaFlow (including cycle predictions, fertile window estimates, and educational content) are general in nature and may not be accurate for your individual circumstances.

You retain ownership of the information you enter into LunaFlow, including journal entries, tracking data, and notes ("your content").
You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

LunaFlow, including its design, branding, logo, and underlying software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you any rights to LunaFlow's trademarks, branding, or intellectual property, other than the limited right to use the app as intended.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, LunaFlow and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted.
You may stop using LunaFlow and delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to LunaFlow if you breach these Terms, or where reasonably necessary to protect the Service or other users.
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time as LunaFlow develops.
When significant changes occur, we will notify users through the app or by other appropriate means.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of LunaFlow will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
