As a first-time dad, I watched my wife navigate some of the biggest transitions of her life — tracking her cycle, trying to conceive, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and everything in between.
What surprised me wasn't the lack of information. It was how fragmented everything felt. One app for cycle tracking. Another for trying to conceive. Another for pregnancy. Another for baby milestones. Another for journaling. Another for education.
Instead of feeling supported, it often felt like she was constantly moving between different tools, accounts, and sources of information.
We believed there had to be a better way. So we started building LunaFlow — a single place designed to support women through multiple stages of life, from cycle tracking and fertility awareness to pregnancy, postpartum recovery, infant development, and beyond.
